What is it with burgers these days? Restaurants have started to up the ante on hamburgers in the past few months in Metro Manila. For example, Mcdonald’s came up with the Double Quarterpounder Cheeseburger. Then you have Wendy’s with their dreaded Baconator. Is this a trend set by the burger specialty restaurants like Bite Club, Brother’s Burger, and Hot Shots? My upcoming review is actually about a lunch trip with a few office mates to another burger specialty restaurant in A. Venue (Makati) called Burger Avenue. Here’s a preview of what’s to come.

The Burger Wars have started! There are so many new players. Charlies, Goodburger, Crave Burger, Johnny Rockets. However the best I have tried is Goodfellas Steaks & Burgers. Super yummy authentic american charbroiled burgers. Its near Tomas Morato Q.C. in Kamuning along K-1st street. MUST TRY!
