i think bulalo is kansi in ilonggo. i'm not a fan of marrow though because it's high in cholesterol but it's ok to eat once in a while.

The only time I've eaten at Leslie's was during a company outing. Our Operations Manager was very generous and she told us to order anything we wanted. Among all the dishes I tried, the Bulalo was the only one that didn't disapoint. The Liempo was too fatty and bony just like you said, their Kare Kare had too much Twalya and not enough lean meat and very little vegetables, and their Baked Tahong was disgusting. There is something very wrong when you can't even enjoy free food. The only things I liked about Leslie's were the view, the Bulalo, and the fresh Buko Juice.
